A Western Washington native, Kelly Pournoor helps clients from all walks of life buy and sell homes in and around Seattle. Following the call of her clients, Kelly goes as far north as Snohomish County and as far south as Burien. Raised on Mercer Island, she knows the Eastside intimately. She has specialized in that region since she began her career with Windermere in 2005.

Intuitive and experienced, Kelly's work emphasizes a client-centered approach. She educates and advocates for her clients throughout the process — her previous experience as a high school teacher allows her to quickly and concisely break down the complex real estate process. She ensures her clients can make informed decisions while focusing on each property's individual needs to earn the most significant possible return on investment. Fluent in Spanish, Kelly previously taught Spanish, ESL, and Health at the high school level. She has volunteered in Mexico and Costa Rica with the Amigos de las Americas Program, advocating for rural areas' community health and education access. Well-traveled, Kelly worked on an organic farm in New Zealand and was an extra in the 1997 film Titanic.

Committed to giving back to her community, Kelly and her clients have raised over $22,000 and counting for the Seattle nonprofit Facing Homelessness to support their construction of tiny homes. She lives in Fremont with her two children and dog, Lennon, and cat, Punalu’u.
